This role requires a high level of discipline and dedication to generate strategic sales growth in a vast market across North America. The selected individual will concurrently be responsible to grow and manage a portfolio of qualified accounts.

Job Description
+ Generate new accounts by following market trends to better understand client needs and available business opportunities.
+ Anticipate customer needs and develop sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
+ Conduct daily outreach via email, phone, and social drips using sales engagement software to connect with new prospects
+ Engage Logistics executives in targeted prospect accounts and orchestrate discussions around their supply chain needs
+ Acquire relevant business information which will be used to generate both effective pricing solutions and service solutions for new prospects.
+ Establish and maintain new accounts acquired through rigorous follow-up and monitoring.
+ Identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with decision-makers of the client's organization.
+ Manage multiple accounts in submissions simultaneously.

Skills & Requirements
+ At least one(1) year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with a proven track record of sales / business development.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
+ Dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
+ Influential, and solution-oriented
+ Highly motivated, goal driven, result-oriented and team player.
+ Strong presentation and communication skills in English and French.
+ Ability to travel within North America
